Band 1 course of treatment – £26.80
Standard examination, diagnosis and preventative advised including x-rays.
Band 2 course of treatment – £73.50
Includes band 1 with standard fillings, root canal treatments and extractions.
Band 3 course of treatment – £319.10
Includes band 1 & 2 with standard crowns, bridges or dentures.
Who's eligible?
You may be eligible for free NHS dental treatment if you are:

Aged under 18
-
Aged 18 and in full time education
-
Pregnant or have had a baby in the last 12 months before treatment starts
-
Getting or your partner gets income support, jobseekers allowance or pension credit guarantee credit
-
Entitled to or named on a valid NHS tax credit exemption certificate
-
Named on a valid HC2 certificate
-
Income related employment & support allowance
